THEME : My Community
GENERAL CONCEPT : There are different religious celebration in our community.
ORGANIZING QUESTION : How do we celebrate Christmas, New Year and Fiesta?
OBJECTIVE : Tells that the community observes different religious celebrations.

BIG GROUP 8:20 - 8:50
Procedure:
1. Present the symbol/objects used for different celebrations.
Christmas
Fiesta
2. Let the children identify them.
3. Arrange the objects in your desired pattern.
4. Let the children identify which symbol is missing. 5. Fixing Skills - Present cut-out objects.
- Make pattern of objects/symbol.
- Let the children choose the next object/symbol to complete the pattern.
SMALL GROUP 8:50 - 9:20
Layunin: Napipili ang mga larawan ng masasaya at relihiyosong pagdiriwang sa pamayanan.
Pamamaraan: 1. Ipakita ang tsart na may mga larawan ng iba't ibang pagdiriwang.
2. Hayaang piliin ng mga bata ang masasayang pagdiriwang sa pamamagitan nang pagkulay ng pula dito at asul naman sa tahimik o relihoyosong pagdiriwang.
Halimbawa: Larawan ng mga sumusunod:

* Pag-uulat tungkol sa damdamin habang ginagawa amg pangkatang gawain
Pack- Away 9:40 - 9:50
* Fix things properly as they recite a "chant".

at the count of 10 - Get set, Ready.

Objective: Acts out the story with confidence
Kuwento: Ang Pasko ni Jose
Procedure:
1. Dress-up one pupil as Jose.
2. The rest will wear the star costume, the Christmas tree costume, the others will pretend to be boxes of gifts.
3. Someone will act as mother, father, sister to be members of the family. The family is ready to: Noche Buena.
4. There will be a story-teller or narrator.
INDOOR/OUTDOOR 10:30 - 10:50
Layunin: Nakakikilos nang maliksi at may wastong koordinasyon.
Kagamitan: Lumang diyaryo, gunting, pandikit, pisi
Pamamaraan:
1. Pangkatin ang mga bata sa apat.
2. Bigyan ang bawat pangkat na sangkapat na bahagi (1/4) ng Manila Paper na may larawan ng simbolo ng iba't ibang pagdiriwang.
3. Hayaang buuin nila ito ng gagamitan ng pisi na ididikit sa kabuuang hugis ng simbolo.
4. Pagkaraan, idikit ang makukulay na papel sa loob ng hugis at iba pang dekorasyon.
5. Ang unang makatapos, ang panalo.

OBJECTIVE: Identifies the biggest/smallest objects/figures/things
PREPARATION: Review the lesson on the concept of big and small;
describing add one more object (same kind). Ask
the children to describe the three objects according
to their sizes. Introduce the words: biggest-smallest
MATERIALS: big/small red objects, cutouts of big/small objects
group of three objects with different sizes
PROCEDURES:
1. Show group of three objects of the same kind but of
different sizes.
2. Bring them outside the classroom. Before going out,
set standards to follow while outside the room.
Ex. Avoid being hurt, etc.
3. Instruct them to identify objects of the same kind
but of different sizes, such as stones, leaves, twigs
flowers, etc.
Let them describe the biggest/smallest objects.
ASSESSMENT: Guide the children to identify the biggest/smallest
letter in each group.
Ring the biggest letter and box the smallest one.
